Awesome Weekend!

Talk about packing a lot into 2 days! This weekend was busy busy busy. Saturday I took an art class in the morning and painted 2 cute paintings for the baby's room. They aren't finished, but got a pretty good start on them. Need to work on the details a bit more.

Fun! I love doing stuff like that with my time. I like having something to show for it at the end of the day. I cleaned out both closets and threw out a bunch of junk and re-organized everything. A lot of stuff went to the garage ( that is going to be a whole other project).
G worked on the plumbing in the house and then we spent the afternoon cleaning the whole condo. By the end of Saturday I was exhausted! My lower back and feet were achy and really sore. I think I went to bed at like 7:30 or so. Hiring a house cleaner sounds like a very good idea! Saturday was very productive.

On Sunday I planned on taking all the quilts and heavy blankets to the laundry mat to wash - but didn't get around to it. Stephen and Jess came over in the afternoon for dinner. Jess and I hung out (talked, walked the dog, watched a movie) while the guys put together the baby furniture and moved some other stuff into the garage. That room got really small, really fast! It looks great in there just a bit tight with all the furniture. I love it though, it's really cute. I still need to put the pictures, shelving, and decals on the walls but it is pretty much finished.
